The release of Final Fantasy VII Remake in 2020 had the effect of a bomb on PS4, with confinements which served as a pretext to dive back into the adventures of Cloud and his band. Beautifully redesigned, this episode nevertheless ended in frustration, because we had to wait for another episode to know the rest. Good news, winter 2023 should put an end to this wait, since Square Enix promises a 2nd episode called Rebirth. However, this will only be a transition, since a third and final episode is already in the works.

 STALKER 2 (1ST SEMESTER 2023)

Paused due to the war in Ukraine, the development of STALKER 2: Heart of Chornobyl has resumed with the aim of releasing it in the first half of 2023. It must be said that the GSC Game World studio is based in Kiev and that the deadlines initially announcing a release this year have been pushed around. The war with Russia also had the logical effect of changing the title of this game from being called Heart of Chernobyl to Heart of Chornobyl in order to uproot its narrative from Ukraine.

 THE PLUCKY SQUIRE (CURRENT 2023)

It’s arguably one of the cutest games this June’s Summer Game Fest has revealed. In just 1 minute and 15 seconds of video, The Plucky Squire entered the hearts of gamers. A title created by the All Possible Futures studio, which signs its first test there. We discover a little hero who leaves his world in 2D à la Zelda to venture into a child’s room all in 3D. A tribute to Nintendo titles that should catch the eye when released on Switch, PC, PS5 and Xbox Series in 2023.
